A concept for the nail and beauty zone within a larger full-service salon, built around soft, tactile materiality — fluted travertine columns, ribbed bronze-toned wall panelling, and pale fabric drapery suspended in soft arcs above the retail and service walls. The retail display imagines rows of backlit niche shelving holding polish and product ranges, framed by vertical brass trim and set beneath sweeping fabric canopies with globe pendant lights nested in their folds. Pedicure stations are proposed along a terrazzo-clad platform, pairing bouclé-style lounge chairs with round travertine basins and brass fill spouts, each station flanked by a small stone side table and a brass trolley for tools and polish. A reception and retail area at the entrance to this zone uses a raw-edged stone plinth, a sculptural potted olive tree, and a cluster of pendant string lighting to create a soft, spa-like arrival moment. Materials stay in warm neutrals — sand, bronze, travertine, and bouclé cream — consistent with the rest of the salon’s palette, with signage worked into the stone cladding as an integrated design element rather than applied branding.
