An apartment fit out builds to a drawing that doesn’t exist yet on site. Renovation starts with a home that’s already there, wiring, plumbing and structure that have aged since the building went up, and the first job is understanding that condition before a single new material gets chosen.

Noise windows, dust control and service lift bookings all need the owners’ association’s sign off before a hammer comes out, since a renovation in a tower is felt by the unit above, below and beside, not just the one being worked on. We coordinate that approval as part of scoping, not as a surprise halfway through.
