Brief
A curved oak partition wraps the living room’s TV wall, its face cut with a dense geometric fretwork pattern that catches shadow differently throughout the day. Behind the sectional, book-matched marble slabs rise in a bold chevron pattern up to the ceiling, framing a slim linear fireplace and a floating grey media console. The palette stays deliberately quiet — soft taupe sofas, sheer floor-to-ceiling drapery, and pale oak flooring — so the marble veining and fretwork panel do the visual work. Around the corner, the kitchen takes a sharper turn: bronzed cabinetry conceals a hidden bar/pantry behind pocket doors, with a raw stone backsplash in deep espresso and gold tones. It’s a home that plays cool minimalism in the living areas against a warmer, more jewel-toned kitchen reveal.
