Start with what you own. A standalone villa, an apartment in a tower, or a penthouse each have their own dedicated page because the brief genuinely differs, approvals, structure, and what the design even has to solve. If you're still unsure after reading one, a quick call sorts it faster than guessing from a page.
Townhouses, duplexes and a few other layouts don't map cleanly onto any one category, that's fine, tell us what you actually have rather than trying to fit it to a label. The scoping conversation sorts out which process applies before any design work starts.
Yes, we've run parallel projects for clients managing more than one home at once. Each property still gets its own scope and its own drawings, they don't get merged into a single generic brief just because the same client owns both.
More than most people expect. A villa gives us structure and land to design with, an apartment gives us a fixed shell and a building's rulebook to work inside of. Same studio, same standard, genuinely different problems to solve.
