A Drawing That's Correct Isn't a Room That's Correct Yet
Drainage that’s specified on paper still has to be pitched, tested and connected correctly on site, and ventilation that’s designed to clear chemical fumes still has to actually move that air once it’s installed. We build to the standard the licensing inspector is checking against, not just the standard the drawing describes, so the gap between the two never becomes your problem.
Salon Fit Out Built From Your Design, Exactly as Drawn
A lot of salon owners arrive with a design already finished, from a consultant, another studio, or their own franchise standard, and just need it built without it drifting during construction. We build to the approved drawings as issued, and prepare a full bill of quantities for competitive bidding on request, whether or not we end up executing the work ourselves.
