Raw concrete columns stand next to gilded rococo wall paneling in this one – a deliberate clash that shouldn’t work but does. Warm suede sectionals in taupe and olive fill out a curved, floor-to-ceiling glazed living room, while brass dome table lamps and elongated U-shaped brass-and-glass pendants add a soft industrial edge throughout. The kitchen goes full matte black with glass-front cabinetry, and the dining area doubles down on the same U-pendant lighting against another baroque-relief accent wall, seating ten around a black lacquer table with sculptural cantilevered chairs.
