Brief
A mature olive tree grows inside a glass-walled internal courtyard here, visible from nearly every room through floor-to-ceiling glazing — the kind of detail that turns a hallway into something worth lingering in. The main living space runs deep in walnut paneling, with a channel-tufted grey sectional, copper ring pendants, and a Barcelona-style leather chair anchoring the TV wall. A second lounge takes a lighter, more textural turn — bouclé swivel chairs, a round marble dining table, and abstract art against warm herringbone oak flooring. Elsewhere, a floating glass staircase throws sharp reflections across a walnut sideboard styled with whisky and barware, and a long linear fireplace cuts through another wing entirely in stone.
